As a first time buyer, I was mode than a little apprehensive about finding a home to buy. And my initial experiences with other estate agents hadn't gone well. From mass open houses where I felt completely ignored, to poor communication with persistent hassling from others, I was starting to lose faith in the whole process. And then I found @Home Estate Agents, Bath. My first viewing on the property that turned out to be my first home, was unrushed and thorough. Lots of advice and suggestions were made on the updating that would be needed, and nothing was hidden or glossed over. I really felt that Jon was understanding  to my anxieties, and I felt really reassured that I would be looked after. Even after my offer had been accepted, I was kept up to date with the process, and Andrew, the mortgage adviser that was recommended by the @Home Estate Agents team was phenomenal, treating me as an individual and explaining everything clearly without rush. @Home Estate Agents were great in allowing me access to the house whilst the sale was going through, again with no feeling of being rushed or being an inconvenience. I was apprehensive about the whole process but felt that I could communicate easily with Jon and the team, and I never felt under pressure. Even after moving in and having an issue with the boiler, Toby from @Home Estate Agents was helpful in getting in touch with the previous owners and helping me fix the problem. I am so grateful to Jon and the whole @Home Estate Agents team for helping me find my first home.
