Dear Toby, Guy and Jon.. well here I am again writing to send enormous thanks to you all for selling Ayr St. You did a brilliant job !! Apart from sorting out the price with the buyer I don't think I had to do anything else!! As before, you did everything. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! My son is in the process of trying to find a house in High Wycombe and the agent who is selling the house he likes couldn't be more dismissive, disinterested and unhelpful if he tried! My son would like to ask him more questions but seems to get nowhere. If only you could clone yourselves!! I keep telling my son that you have all been extraordinarily helpful, interested, efficient and  generally .... lovely!! My very best wishes to you all. See you soon.

Cheers

"Having had disappointing experiences with estate agents in the past, I have to admit I approached @home with a little cautious cynicism, but I'm very pleased to say that Jon & his team proved my concerns unfounded & provided us with an outstanding service from beginning to end. Jon proved himself to be thoroughly honest & trustworthy & went well above & beyond what I would expect from even a very good estate agent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jon & the @home team to anyone, & couldn't be more pleased with their service!"

JJ, Bath.

The FC Bath Blues U10's achieved another success at the weekend, coming out group winners at the Mid Wilts Youth & Minor Football League 2015 Spring Trophy Event.

The Blues were pitted against two strong teams from Bradford on Avon and Trowbridge, playing each one twice.

Their first match started well, going up 1-0 through a well taken goal by Cameron H. Unfortunately, Bradford came back strongly to win the match 2-1. Undeterred, the Blues went in against Trowbridge knowing a result would keep them in it. Two goals from Elliott B and a clean sheet for keeper Sonny ensured the win. The team then followed that up with a 2-1 win against Bradford, a winning goal from Alfie K making the difference.

The Blues needed to win their last match to ensure the tournament win and the boys didn't disappoint. Resolute defending from Thomas M & Joe O and hard work from Harry F, George HG, Alfie K & Elliott B helped to make sure that Cameron's goal was enough to secure the win with keeper Sonny making some stunning saves to keep his second clean sheet of the event.

A big thank you to @Home Estate Agents (Bath) and IT company Eduserv for their charitable sponsorship of the team.

FC Bath U10 Blue Win Geoff Hurst Cup

The FC Bath Blues U10's achieved another success at the weekend, coming out group winners at the Mid Wilts Youth & Minor Football League 2015 Spring Trophy Event.

A beautiful sunny afternoon at Leafy Lane in Corsham played host to the final of the U10 Mid Wiltshire League's Geoff Hurst Trophy, pitting FC Bath Blues against Frome Town Robins, Sunday 22nd March.

It turned out to be a tight affair. At half time, the Blues were up 1-0 after a glorious team goal was finished by Cameron H at the far post after a wonderfully weighted cross from Thomas M. The Robins pulled level in the second half before Alfie K scored to take the Bath boys back into the lead. Shortly afterwards, the Robins again pulled level with a lovely strike from the edge of the area.

Bath had a few chances late on to win the match but extra time came calling. Bath continued to play the ball well and kept creating chances with their best effort being disallowed for seemingly not crossing the line. Unperturbed, the boys pushed forward time and again, completely dominating the final period of extra time but a way through could not be found. George HG came within inches of a match winner and Joe O pushed hard down the wing, trying to unlock the Robins defence but to no avail.

A penalty shoot-out was required to decide this close encounter. Thomas M, Jacob D, Cameron H, Elliott B and Alfie K all stepped up to take their spot kick and at the end of the necessary five penalties, it was all square at 4-4, both sides missing just one-a-piece. Up stepped Jack J for the first sudden death kick, which he coolly slotted home. After a Man of the Match performance in the quarter final, the Bath team were hopeful that keeper Ollie BB could pull off another great save...and he did! FC Bath clinched the cup 5-4 on penalties to claim their first competitive league trophy.

Alfie K was awarded Man of the Match by the organising committee before captain Ollie was presented the shield. Manager Paul Brake would proudly like to congratulate the whole team on their win, and also thank Mark Gough and Emil Kartselski for their support and efforts at training and during the matches. "The boys have been working hard on the training ground every week and fully deserve this trophy as a reward for their commitment and drive."

A big thank you to @Home Estate Agents (Bath) and IT company Eduserv for their charitable sponsorship of the team.

I would like to thank all the staff of @Home for providing an excellent service selling my much loved parents' home. It isn't easy to put a house on the market following a bereavement but Jon was always sensitive to my feelings. He kept constantly in touch so that I was well aware of all viewings and any comments made by potential buyers. The house sold quickly and support was given throughout all the usual solicitors queries. A lovely family have now taken up residence there so I feel content to know the house will again be  a happy family home.

Many thanks, especially to Jon. I would happily recommend your company and use you again if ever we consider moving house.

Dear Toby,

Just a note to thank you and everyone involved in the sale of Winchester Road. It was a pleasure dealing with you and thank you for obtaining a good price for us and for all your help in getting the sale through before Easter.

Kind regards, L MS

Congratulations to FC Bath U10 Blue, first year in the League Cup and Winners

Dear Toby….. I just wanted to write to you to thank you ENORMOUSLY for making such a good job of selling West Avenue for me. You and Jon and Guy worked so hard at a time when the market was not an easy one! If you remember I arrived at your shop in a heap of anxiety back in June with a very dodgy situation with an HMO. Since then I have only had unbelievable advice and help from you guys and Liane. You have all been so generous with your time and in fact made me feel that I was your only customer!! Nothing has ever been too much trouble. As I said to you on the phone the other week, I feel as though I have made 4 really good friends. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Cheers

For all our customers 'peace of mind' we are regulated and licensed by The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), The Property Redress Scheme and The Property Ombudsman. Please call in for further details.

I used @ Home Estate Agents to buy my new home. From the very start I found them helpful, friendly and professional. I told them what I was looking for and they helped me find it. (Unlike some other agents!) They then continued to help to make it as smooth a transaction as possible.

Defiantly will recommend and use again if I move.
