Home Estate Agents is an independent family-owned company, formed at the beginning of 2013 by Toby Knight. Toby was a former Director of Knights of Bath and when the Sales and Letting departments reorganized, Toby took over the sales side of the business. With over 39 years of experience within Estate Agency and having grown up and schooled in Bath. Toby and the team have the knowledge, experience and expertise to deliver an unrivaled service to the local market and beyond.

Toby Knight MNAEA
Toby has been an Estate Agent for over 39 years and was previously a Director of Knights of Bath & Pullin Knight. When the Sales and Lettings departments split in 2012 he decided to rebrand the respected and well-established Estate Agency in Oldfield Park to Home Estate Agents. His mantra is simple "we aim to give the very best marketing and service at an affordable fee. Being an independent agent offers a degree of flexibility that other agents just can’t match at the same time giving a first class and personal service."

Guy Gardner ANAEA
Guy has worked in property and sales for the past twenty years, part of which was based overseas. His approach to selling is “to find the correct person for the correct property. Once we have achieved that everything else will fall into place”. His enthusiasm for assisting vendors and buyers alike means that many people remain in close contact over the years, thus building strong ties with the local community. Guy is very focused on specialised areas in Bath and beyond and is always happy to advise clients visiting our city-based office.
